It seems as if funny commercials are becoming scarce on my TV lately. I haven't seen any funny enough to share, but this week, I do have one. It makes me smile and chuckle every time. Enjoy!

Gets Me Every Time!

This week's commercial isn't funny, but it's a really good one. I had to share it. I've seen it too much this week not to, and because it just tugs my heart strings every time I watch it. This commercial gets two thumbs up from me. Enjoy!

Cracks Me Up Every Time

When I first saw this commercial, I just laughed. Then I saw it again and more closely noticed the US Cellular's employee's reaction after he says Uncle Sam is paying for it. Then I saw it again and saw his reaction once the man walks up and right before he goes to get the phone. It's hilarious to me. He's sort of still waiting for them to say that they are joking. Like I said, cracks me up every time. Just watch and see for yourself!

I Find This Weird

This week's commercial isn't a funny one. At least, not to me. I'm sharing this one because every time I see it, I shake my head a little and wish it would go away already. It's weird to me, and I feel like I'm missing out on a joke when I watch it. Especially when the woman is examining the jeans. Has anyone else seen this Old Navy commercial? What do you think?

One of My Favorite Super Bowl Commercials

We've all seen the Best Buds commercial, but I'm not sharing that one. I do love it though. Instead, I'm going with a funny one.

My two favorite parts are when the guy and girl are in the elevator and then the two men in the bathroom. When I saw those two parts, I busted out laughing throughout the rest of the commercial.

I've been getting a kick out of these JELL-O commercials lately, but I absolutely love this one. My favorite part is when he says, "I have to go back?!" I'm laughing just thinking about it.

Kmart - From Adorable to Distracting

This week, I'm sharing two Kmart Christmas commercials. Let's start with the one with this adorable kid. He's just too cute!



I was talking to my dad when I first saw this next commercial. When it came on, I stopped mid-sentence. Then when it was over, I said, "What the hell was that?" The guy with the smiley face on the front was particularly distracting. Then I saw it a second time and laughed a little. I still don't know what to make of it though. O_o

My Top Ten Favorite Songs of All Time

Today, I was singing (badly) at the top of my lungs to some of my favorite songs and it got me thinking about my top ten favorites of all time. So I made a list and I figured I would share that with y'all. These are the songs that I would choose if I had to listen to only ten songs for the rest of my life. These are the songs that always make me feel better and these are the songs that I am always in the mood to listen to. (All the links will take you to YouTube to a music video.)

In no particular order:

• When a Man Loves a Woman - Michael Bolton. I have this one and the Percy Sledge version on my iTunes. While I listen to them both, Michael Bolton's is my favorite. To get my fix when I'm driving, sometimes I'll put it on repeat for the entire trip.
• Simple Man - Shinedown. I know there is the Lynyrd Skynrd version, but I love Shinedown's so much more. Usually when I listen to this song, the volume is up as loud as it will go and it plays about three times before I'll move on to the next song.
• (God Must Have Spent) A Little More Time on You - *NSYNC. I grew up listening to these boys and this is the main song that stuck around all these years later. I love, love, love this song.
• Lean on Me - Bill Withers. I mean, really. Who doesn't love this song? 
• Man in the Mirror - Michael Jackson. I feel bad for whoever is near me when this song comes on. I sing so terribly loud and I can't sing. At all. This is one of my top lifts-my-mood songs too.
• Let's Stay Together - Al Green. This is close second behind the Michael Bolton song in terms of old songs. I have to play this one at least twice before moving on.
• Back to One - Mark Wills. Close your eyes and listen to it. *happy sigh*
• I'll Follow You - Shinedown. Another Shinedown song made the list. This isn't a surprise because they are my favorite band. I turn the volume up and belt out all the words. 
• I'll Be There - Jackson 5. I always liked this song, but in the 7th grade, I had a teacher who would play music similar to this every day before he started his lecture. Every time I heard it, I fell more and more in love with it and now it's on my top ten of all time!
• Lips of an Angel - Hinder. Thanks to my sister, this song has made the list. It makes me want to sing, sing loud, and it doesn't matter who hears me. This has been a favorite of mine since the first time I heard it.

I Love the Very End

This week's commercial isn't funny, but it is cute! I don't normally pay attention to eHarmony commercials, but this one caught my eye. My favorite part is towards end where she talks about how she improvised.

Another Hockey-Related Commercial

The first commercial I posted on the blog when I decided to post a funny one every week was a hockey commercial. It's my all time favorite, but I've found another. I shared it on Facebook last month, but I had to share again.

I've been watching most of the Carolina Hurricanes games on TV with the BFF. That's her team and pretty much all of their games are aired here. So I watch them with her. Plus, I like saying Khudobin. (He's one of their goalies.)

Anyway, this is an adorable little commercial that all hockey fans can appreciate.

GEICO Is Growing On Me - Part Two

Last week, I shared a favorite commercial from GEICO and this week, I'm sharing another. One that I think is the second funniest that I've seen from GECIO. The best for last. Just thinking about this one makes me laugh. If you're having a bad day, this should make you feel a little better.

GEICO Is Growing On Me - Part One

I've never really been a fan of the GEICO commercials. However, right here lately, they have been growing on me. Everyone knows (or should know) about the Hump Day commercial. That is still my favorite from GEICO, but I thought I would share some others that I love.

The funniest thing about this one, to me, is how the guy owl's tone changes a little every time he says "Who?" I think there may be something wrong with me. I laugh just thinking about the owl. I get giggly over some of these commercials just thinking about it and it's getting a little out of hand.

NCEL First Tuesday Guy Cracks Me Up

I absolutely love these commercials. My favorite part in both is where he sings and dances a little. In the second video, I love how he looks at the other guy at the very end. Hilarious!
