As I've stated, I have separated parts one and two into two books, as well as revising a good chunk of part two. To get this updated version, all you need to do is email the Customer Support Dept at Amazon and as for the updated version and they will send it to you. The updated version should be uploaded by Sunday. If it takes longer, I'll let you know.
